Health Ministry mulls JE vaccination in Penang


KUCHING: The Health Ministry will consider introducing Japanese encephalitis (JE) vaccination in Penang if necessary, similar to the programme being carried out in Sarawak.

Health Minister Datuk Seri Dr S. Subramaniam said vaccination might be needed if infections continued to occur and the number of cases was high.
