Enforcement and more space at new projects to curb illegal parking


THE Ipoh City Council has adopted a two-pronged approach to curb illegal parking in the city.

Mayor Datuk Harun Rawi said while making it a must for developers to create more parking lots at new development projects, the council’s traffic enforcement unit has also been directed to come down hard on motorists who parked haphazardly.
