KUCHING: The Welfare Department is working with the Land and Survey Department to come up with a grace period for childcare centres whose premises do not comply with requirements to move to more suitable locations.
Welfare, Women and Family Development Minister Datuk Fatimah Abdullah said compliance with Land and Survey’s location criteria was one of the requirements for registration of childcare centres.
