JOHOR BARU: Sundry shops here are selling illicit cigarettes by giving away free World Cup T-shirts as part of a promotion to entice smokers to buy such brands from them.
It is learned that besides giving away free T-shirts, such shops would sell the illicit brands way below the current market price at a minimum of RM7 per pack instead of RM12 per pack.
