THE Raja Permaisuri Bainun Hospital intends to build a multi-storey carpark to address parking woes faced by patients and visitors but lacks the funds to do so.
Hospital director Datuk Dr Raja Lope Ahmad Raja Ariffin said it had lobbied for funds for the project to be carried out under the 10th Malaysia Plan.
