AVID football fan Mohd Rusli Abdul Wahab has been collecting copies of The Star’s special edition on FIFA World Cup ever since the pullout was introduced in 2002.
The 65-year-old retired auditor in a government department said he made sure the copies were neatly bound into book form for each World Cup.
