SIBU: The Government has been urged to be more transparent in awarding Public Service Commission Scholarship for overseas study.
Speaking at a press conference yesterday, Sarawak Teachers’ Union (STU) chairman Sibu branch, Tan Kwang Wui (pic), said he must say this because six 10A+ SPM 2013 scorers from this town were denied the scholarship.
