NEGRI Sembilan’s P. Ilankavivarman made a remarkable debut in the second leg of the Race Walkers Association of Malaysia (RWAM) junior development programme at the National Sports Council (NSC) training centre in Bukit Jalil.
The youngster, taking part in the boys Under-15 category, clocked an impressive 10:30 to win the gold medal in the 2,000m event.
