The Federation of Chinese Associations of Malaysia (Hua Zong) will establish the South-East Asian Chinese Cultural Centre.
“Once completed it will become the largest centre outside China and will have a Malaysian Chinese identity,” said its president Tan Sri Pheng Yin Huah.
