Baiduri takes 357 disabled people out for Raya shopping

HARI Raya arrived early for about 357 disabled people as they were taken on a shopping spree by the Perak Association of State Assemblymen’s Wives (Baiduri).

Led by Baiduri chairman Datin Seri Saripah Zulkifli, wife of Mentri Besar Datuk Seri Dr Zambry Abd Kadir, the physically and mentally handicapped people were seen excitedly picking out new clothes, shoes and songkok at Mydin Meru in Jelapang on Friday. They were from the 11 Community Rehabilitation Centres (PDKs) in the state.
