JOHOR BARU: The state PKR legal bureau here has pointed out a discrepancy in the recently passed Johor Housing and Real Property Enactment Board Bill 2014 which condones bribery as the board members are allowed to accept gifts.
Its head Jimmy Puah Wee Tse said that the section under the Part IV of the enactment was ambiguous as there was no specific explanation on what the gifts in question were referring to and from whom the Board could receive it.
