SHOPPING malls in Penang have been urged to be responsible in the battle against software piracy.

The Ministry of Domestic Trade, Cooperatives and Consumerism’s state deputy chief enforcement officer Johary Yacob said they were disappointed to note that personal computers were being sold with pirated software at stores in various malls.
