JOHOR BARU: The Johor Public Accounts committee (PAC) has reminded civil servants in the state to always adhere to their standard operating procedures or work checklist and refrain from taking short cuts.
The Johor PAC chief Datuk Samsol Bari Jamali said that problems arose when the civil servants did not adhere to the SOP and start taking short cuts, which results in wastages and leakages.
