LANDOWNERS in Selangor will have to fork out about 20% to 30% on developers charge if they want to convert their land status from agriculture to development.
Local Government and Research Committee chairman Datuk Teng Chang Kim said the city and municipal councils in Selangor would impose 30% development charges on landowners while the district councils charged 20% based on the estimated land value.
