THE valedictorian of the Penang Skills Development Centre (PSDC) at its 19th Graduation Ceremony — Choong Kai Bin — was an inspiring figure to many of his peers.
Graduating with a CGPA of 3.96 for the Diploma in Electronic Engineering, the 21-year-old was a Book Prize winner for six consecutive semesters which earned him a cumulative sum of RM30,000.
