MALACCA: Malacca is set to be the first state to table an enactment in limiting the sales and usage of adhesives.
The state government is in the midst of drafting the enactment with co-operation from relevant agencies under the Home Ministry and expected to be tabled in the next state legislative assembly to be subsequently passed as a by-law.
