MOTORCYCLISTS in Jalan Sultan Ahmad Shah, George Town, had a pleasant surprise when they were given new helmets during a campaign on road safety.
The ‘Road Safety Advocacy Programme’ by the Penang Road Safety Department saw the distribution of 100 crash helmets for adults, 50 children’s helmets and 80 safety vests.
