THE move by Save Our Strays (SOS) Penang to Trap, Neuter and Release/Rehome (TNR) will help reduce the population of stray dogs.
SOS spokesman April Sham said by neutering the stray dogs, the number would go down gradually since the spayed dogs would stop breeding and the older ones die.
