Thirty-four women picked for subsidised childcare training

THIRTY-FOUR women were picked to undergo a childcare training course organised by the Penang Women’s Development Corporation (PWDC).

PWDC programme manager Karen Lai Yu Lee said the women were earlier interviewed to see if they were committed to learning what would be taught during the six-day course which started on Monday at the Dewan Sri Pinang.
