KUCHING: Sealink International Bhd, which has bid for several new charter contracts for its fleet of offshore supply vessels (OSV), expects charter rates to firm up.
Chief executive officer and deputy managing director Yong Kiam Sam said with anticipated award of new OSV contracts for the industry by this year-end, charter rates were expected to strengthen gradually.
