PARTI Sosialis Malaysia (PSM) is disappointed that the Penang Municipal councillors from the DAP have refused to sign a pledge in support of the reinstatement of the local government election.
PSM central committee member Choo Chon Kai said he was informed by DAP whip Harvindar Singh that all the 10 DAP councillors refused to sign the pledge.
