KUALA Lumpur City Hall (DBKL) has yet to crack down on the overcrowding of residential units in Sri Hartamas although there are several legal provisions the authorities can use against the owners.
About 80 houses in Sri Hartamas have been illegally converted into hostels for foreign workers, with some having up to 30 people in a unit.
