Out to capture slice of creative multimedia pie


THE Multimedia Development Corporation (MDEC) Sdn Bhd is targeting to capture at least six percent of the US$9.35mil (RM30.3mil) local creative multimedia industry market by 2016.

MDEC vice-president (creative multimedia division) Kamil Othman said that this year, local consumers were expected to spend about US$6.4mil (RM20.8mil) on creative multimedia entertainment.
