MALACCA: Under the stewardship of an experienced event manager with almost three decades of managing resorts under his belt, chief executive officer of Bayou Lagoon Resort Park, Seow Cheng Swee is placing his sub-urban resort as a main player in the tourism belt of the state.
Since appointed as CEO last year, Seow managed to turn the resort as a top holiday destination by coming out with several fresh attractions and facilities.
