JOHOR BARU: The expansion work on the 146-year-old Al-Attas Mosque at Jalan Wong Ah Fook in downtown Johor Baru is expected to be completed a week before Ramadan.
Its special committee member Syed Abdullah Syed Alwee hoped Muslims could perform solat tarawih and engage in the religious-related programmes and activities at the newly renovated mosque during the fasting month.
