THE implementation of Zero Waste programmes and recycling activities has helped the Seberang Prai Municipal Council (MPSP) save RM1.5mil from January until April this year.
MPSP president Maimunah Mohd Sharif said an average 42% or 31,656.68 tonnes of the total recycled items included organic waste.
