NIBONG TEBAL: Students and teachers of a dilapidated Tamil primary school here are in the dark over the fate of the school’s new building.

The school’s Parent-Teacher Association (PTA) chairman S. Mogan, 44, said a piece of land and funds had already been allocated for the new building but the status of the new school’s construction was still pending.
