Ministries urged to intensify Balanced Scorecard usage


KUCHING: The Resource Planning and Environment, Public Utilities and Industrial Development ministries are urged to intensify their use of the Balanced Scorecard in planning and executing projects so as to ensure quality and efficient service delivery.

Minister Datuk Amar Awang Tengah Ali Hasan, who is in charge of the three ministries, said the Balanced Scorecard adopted by the state civil service was useful in providing on-time, efficient and effective service delivery to meet the high expectations of the people.
