PROPERTY owners in Kuala Lumpur will have to wait until next month for a final decision on the new property assessment rates, said Deputy Federal Territories Minister Datuk Dr J. Loga Bala Mohan.
“It is pending Cabinet approval and it should be announced by early June,” he said after launching Residensi Damansara @ Glomac Damansara project as well as handing over the keys to owners.
