A cattle breeder is accusing the Sepang Municipal Council (MPSp) of being heavy handed in rounding up his cows, resulting in the deaths of two animals.
Sundar Kaliappan, 46, said the council had employed contractors to round up 10 of his cows, which were grazing in an open field of a new housing area in Taman Warisan Bestari on May 6.
