Utar to offer full scholarships to the underprivileged

HARDWORKING students from poor families will be eligible for scholarships offered by Universiti Tunku Abdul Rahman (Utar).

Utar council chairman Tun Dr Ling Liong Sik said the university would offer full scholarships to students, even if they only scored 5As in their SPM next year.
