MIRI: The Sarawak Alumni Police Association (Sapa), a newly-formed association to look into the needs of ex-policemen in Sarawak, is concerned over the fate of retired cops who have been “forgotten” and left neglected in their old age.
The association has decided during its first annual general meeting a few days ago that a comprehensive ground survey must be carried out throughout Sarawak to identify where these needy ex-cops are now and what sort of help they need.
