MIRI: The Miri Anglers Club and Meritz Hotel are doing a special collaboration for the Miri City International Deepsea Fishing Tournament dinner on May 18.
The collaboration will feature a video presentation by Meritz’s executive chef Benny Chin on how to prepare three types of fish as the dishes are served during the dinner.
