MORE than 1,200 people are expected to attend the state memorial service for the late Karpal Singh at Han Chiang High School in George Town, Penang.
Event organising chairman Ng Wei Aik, who is also Tanjong MP, said that besides DAP members, several leaders from PAS and PKR were also expected to attend the service at 8pm on Monday.
