KUCHING: Syarikat Sesco Bhd has won a court case against a cold storage company at Jalan Sherip Masahor here over alleged power theft.
The Sessions Court here allowed Sesco’s claim for the sum of RM93,197.44 together with interest of 5% per annum from the date of summons until full settlement.
