REPRESENTATIVES from market complexes and hawkers associations who lack proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia or English should not be afraid to speak out at dialogue sessions with Penang Municipal Council (MPPP) officials.

MPPP public health and licensing alternate chairman Ong Ah Teong said language should not be a hindrance to anyone attending such dialogues.
