SIBU: People’s Volunteer Corps (Rela) members in this district have been advised to look out for imposters of the movement.
Speaking at the installation ceremony of the new office-bearers of Jalan Apollo Rela Community Service Centre for 2014-2016 on Saturday night, Sibu district Rela officer Awis Adenan said the incident that happened in Sabah about five years ago — where people made use of the organisation’s name to cheat the public — should not be allowed to happen here.
