Keeping Carefree days alive

CAREFREE gave us tear-jerking, sentimental hits like Belaian Jiwa and Rindu Bayangan in the late 70s. The fact that Belaian Jiwa was made a hit again in the 90s with Innuendo, proves the enduring melodic quality of the songs.

Now, Carefree’s founding member Simon Justin Leo is putting out new Carefree material, at a time when legacy acts like Datuk Ramli Sarip and Black Dog Bone don’t see a market for new albums.
