EXPANSION plans are under way for the Malaysian Association for the Blind (MAB) Kinta Valley Training Centre in Ipoh as more people seek rehabilitation and training.

MAB committee chairman Datuk Dr M. Chandra Sekaran said there were only three trainees when the centre first opened in 2012.
