A TOTAL of 112 ratepayers were rewarded by the Penang Municipal Council (MPPP) for paying their assessment rate in full this year.
The winners took home fabulous prizes including mountain bikes, Samsung and Toshiba LED TVs, iPad minis, iPad Air, a Samsung Galaxy Note 3, Panasonic hairdryers, Panasonic kettles and Panasonic fans in the first ever lucky draw event held by the council at level 5 in Komtar, Penang.
