KUCHING: CCK Consolidated Holdings Bhd has acquired the remaining 50% equity interest in associate company C S Choice Food Industries Sdn Bhd, for RM1.35mil.
CS Choice is involved in the manufacturing, processing, packaging and distribution of meat and other food products, CCK said in a filing with Bursa Malaysia.
