STRAY dogs and cats will have a good chance of finding homes once the Penang Animal Sanctuary project in Relau, Penang, is completed.
Penang Animal Sanctuary Society (PASS) president Datuk Leslie Lee said the first phase of the RM1.6mil sanctuary to be built on a three-acre land would begin in the second half of this year and complete within a year.
