2,000 participants marching toward the Sungai Besi forest reserve to plant a sapling in the Save our Rainforest Race 2014.
THE second Save Our Rainforest Race organised by Pertubuhan Perlindungan Khazanah Alam (Peka) saw 2,000 nature lovers trekking 10km to regenerate part of the Sungai Besi Forest Reserve in Cheras.
Peka’s initiatives have seen 20,000 saplings planted as of March.
