DESPITE running a fever, four-year-old Pan Won Lok jumped out of bed excitedly as soon as he saw Perak deputy police chief Deputy Comm Datuk A. Paramasivam approaching him with a hamper.
The boy immediately held out his hands and gleefully accepted the hamper, which was filled with biscuits and candies.
