Former mining pool targeted by illegal sand miners

A FORMER mining pool in Ladang Rasa, next to Sungai Selangor in Rasa, Hulu Selangor, has become a target for sand-mining.

A farmer, who only wished to be known as Tan, believes the operators have been active for the past five months, and that the authorities had not taken any action.
