KUCHING: Just last weekend, the state government revealed the critical lack of mechanical engineers, and now, it has released new statistics that point to shortfalls in the electrical and electronic sector.
At the opening of a technical education workshop here yesterday, the Industrial Development Ministry said 6,250 workers in the electrical and electronic sector would be needed in Sarawak by 2020.
