JOHOR BARU: The state marine police have thwarted two diesel smuggling syndicates and arrested three men during operations held in Tampoi here.
Southern Region Two police marine commander ACP Paul Khiu Khon Chiang said that separate operations were conducted at two petrol kiosks in the area led by ASP Rohizan Mohamad Saaid and eight other members.
