PONTIAN: The Solid Waste Management and Public Cleansing Corporation (PPSPPA) will not hesitate to take legal action against offenders of illegal dumping.
Its chief executive officer Datuk Ab Rahim Md Noor said currently there were 400 illegal dumping sites nationwide from 800 sites identified in 2013.
