MBSA doing right thing in dog licence ruling

I REFER to the story “A Doggone Shame” in StarMetro on April 5, regarding Shah Alam City Council imposing a rule on dog owners having to get consent from their front and back neighbours before they are issued with a licence for their pet.

I fully support this ruling and hope all the local councils will do the same. I suggest that dog owners get the neighbours’ consent every year when they need to renew their dog licence.
