It is likely to be a memorable if somewhat unpredictable weekend for former England striker Emile Heskey as he winds down his A-League career in Australia whilst keeping an eye on his beloved Liverpool.
Heskey has spent the last two years with the Newcastle Jets, 180km north of Sydney. Friday night is the Jets’ final regular season game against Adelaide United, and barring some freak results, his team won’t qualify for the top six finals..
